• Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to their custom-developed solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to showcase publicly available projects as part of our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information.

• We will not disclose client project details to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Devteam Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Compliance with Laws

• Clients agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.

• Devteam Co. reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
